Think Smart Series




Our Think Smart Series focuses on the idea that if you have a strong acumen and emotional intelligence, you will be able to handle anything in the workplace! The first course in this series of four is Business Acumen which explores the idea that understanding business requires "big picture" thinking. Conflict Resolution  is the second course in this series and you will learn strategies to deal with anger, foster agreements, and resolve workplace conflicts. Once you have an understanding of conflict strategy, you will be introduced to the third course in this series, Critical Thinking, which examines how to evaluate and analyze information well. The fourth and final course in this series, Emotional Intelligence, will help you recognize your behaviors and emotions, and ultimately manage them effectively. An employee with high emotional intelligence can manage his or her own impulses, communicate with others effectively, manage change well, solve problems, and use humor to build rapport in tense situations. 

Each course has a minimum of 12 modules, including videos, quizzes, and interactions.
